PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing crude drug extract is provided to treat and prevent allergic or non-allergic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating allergic or non-allergic deramtitis contains complex crude drug extract as an active ingredient including Spirodela polyrrhiza, Torilis japonica DC, and Stemona japonica MIQ in a mixture ratio of 1-10:1-10:1-10. The extract is prepared using water, spirit, low carbon number alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, chloroform, methylene chloride, hexane, or a mixture solvent thereof.
