PURPOSE: A cultivation method of high quality and highly functional fruits is provided to offer the improved sweetness, hardness, storage property, and texture of the fruits, and to increase the harvesting amount of the fruits per unit area. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of high quality and highly functional fruits comprises the following steps: fertilizing soil for cultivating in a vinyl greenhouse with fertilizer containing fish powder and fermented compost; watering the soil, and mulching the soil with a vinyl layer; planting seedings of the fruits having 2-3 leaves to the soil; stopping the water supply process for 15-50 days; and supplying a mineral composition to the seedlings when the leaves are withered. The mineral composition contains selenium nano particles, calcium hydroxide nano particles, and oxidized steel nano particles.
