PURPOSE: A method for cultivating fruits and vegetables using organic matter and fermentation bacteria without chemical fertilizer and agricultural chemical. CONSTITUTION: A method for cultivating fruits and vegetables comprises: a step of topdressing fertilizer containing fully fermented compost and fish meal; a step of watering to deep earth; and mulching green house; a step of planting fruit seedlings in the number of planted trees; a step of stopping watering for 15-50 days; and a step of removing leaves. The use of the fish meal is 3-12 weight parts based on 100 weight parts. The fertilizer contains 0.4-1.6 weight parts of water-soluble silic acid granules, 0.8-3.2 weight parts of soil microbial agent, and 0.05-0.2 weight parts of water-soluble chitosan. The fruits are tomato, strawberry, melon, water melon, paprika, eggplant, pumpkin, cucumber, and red pepper.
