PURPOSE: A producing method of yellow soil-mulberry leaf salt is provided to offer the salt without foreign materials and the bitter taste, including the massive amount of yellow soil and mulberry leaf components. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of yellow soil-mulberry leaf salt comprises the following steps: preparing bay salt and mulberry leaves boiled water; spraying the mulberry leaves boiled water to the bay sa inserting the bay salt into a yellow soil container, and roasting for 7~8hours at 600~800deg C; firstly spraying the mulberry leaves boiled water to the obtained yellow soil-mulberry leaf sa and secondly spraying the mulberry leaves boiled water to the obtained yellow soil-mulberry leaf salt, and drying inside the yellow soil container.
