TEST BENCH FOR HYDRAULIC INVESTIGATIONS OF MODELS OF ROAD CORRUGATED CONDUIT PIPES WITH SMOOTH TRAY AT BOTTOM

FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: test bench includes supporting metal frame with service tank installed on it, model of the investigated pipe with piezometers installed along the pipe and tightly attached, and receiving tank. Bench is equipped with additional supporting metal frame and metal guides located between supporting frames and connecting them. Receiving tank is installed on additional frame and model of investigated pipe is tightly attached to it. Model of investigated pipe represents road corrugated conduit pipe made from transparent glass fibre with smooth transparent tray from organic glass and located on guides; at that, piezometers are hydraulically connected to lower part of tray.;EFFECT: providing the possibility of observation of the curve of free water surface in road corrugated conduit pipe with smooth tray laid along its bottom under free-flow conditions.;5 cl, 2 dwg
