P To provide a speaker cabinet for improving the acoustical performance by eliminating seams of a mainframe. PSOLUTION: The mainframe 2 is partitioned to a baffle plate 2a, wherein a speaker unit is mounted, a left-side plate 2b and a right-side plate 2c and a connection part 2d for connecting the left-side plate 2b and the right-side plate 2c with each other. In the mainframe 2, the first to the fourth cylindrical bodies 11SB1/SBto 11SB4/SB, forming a plurality of layers in the thickness direction thereof and are adhesively fixed to one another. The respective cylindrical bodies 11SB1/SBto 11SB4/SBare obtained and by bending one sheet of belt-ike plate material into a cylindrical shape and connected at the first to the fourth connection parts 11aSB1/SBto 11aSB4/SB. The first to the fourth connection parts 11aSB1/SBto 11aSB4/SBin the adjacent layers of the first to the fourth cylindrical bodies 11SB1/SBto 11SB4/SBare arranged to be shifted in the circumferential direction of the mainframe 2.
