PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately estimate the state of a suspension.;SOLUTION: The vehicular suspension control device 1A includes: a vehicle behavior prediction part 201; a vehicle behavior estimation part 202; and a suspension control part 203. The vehicle behavior prediction part 201 predicts a vehicle behavior with respect to disturbance (road surface profile) added to the vehicle in the future. The vehicle behavior estimation part 202 corrects a gain of a Kalman filter used for estimating the vehicle behavior in the future based on the prediction result of the vehicle behavior in the future. The vehicle behavior estimation part 202 estimates the present vehicle behavior using the Kalman filter which has been corrected in gain.
