The connection has feeder lines (8, 9) for feeding electrical signals i.e. electro-cardiac signals, where the feeder lines are formed as coils (10, 11) and connected to a ring electrode (4) and a head electrode. A fixation device (12) fixes an electrode end (14) of the coils on the electrodes i.e. cardiac pacemaker electrodes, where the fixation device has an inner sleeve (13) on which the end is positioned. The fixation device has a squeeze ring (16) acting on the end for establishing an electrical contact of the end with the electrodes and mechanical clamping of the end on the sleeve.
