摘要

PURPOSE: A production method of a core-shell structured ferric oxide fine particle is provided to react FeCl36 H2O and ammonium acetate with a polyol solution without using a template or a surfactant to obtain a ferric oxide fine particle hollow sphere. CONSTITUTION: A production method of a core-shell structured ferric oxide fine particle comprises the following steps: mixing a polyol solution with FeCl36 H2O and ammonium acetate to obtain a solution, and settling the solution at 100-300C for 12-36 hours; and cooling the solution to a room temperature, separating precipitates, and washing and drying the precipitates. A molar ration of the FeCl36 H2O and the ammonium acetate is 1:6-15. 1-20 mmol of FeCl36 H2O and 15-120 mmol of ammonium acetate are added. Polyol is ethylene glycol. A ferric oxide fine particle hollow sphere is included in a drug delivery carrier.
