PURPOSE: An LED package including an optical filter improves light extraction efficiency by reflecting light backscattered by the optical filter formed between separated florescent body layers.;CONSTITUTION: A long-wavelength florescent body layer (130) is placed on a UV LED chip (110). A long-wavelength transmission filter (140) is placed on the long-wavelength fluorescent body layer. A UV transmission region (144) is formed in a part of the long-wavelength transmission filter. A blue fluorescent body layer (150) is placed on the long-wavelength transmission filter. Light whose wavelength is changed in the long-wavelength fluorescent layer has a longer wavelength than blue light.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
