The present invention relates to a filter for improving the color rendering property of an LED, an LED lamp including the same, and a method of improving the color rendering property for an LED using the same. The filter has a regularly stereoscopic pattern made of a transparent resin which includes a red fluorescent body formed on at least one surface of the inner or outer surface of a flat transparent matrix. The color rendering property can be improved by increasing a red rate without the transition of dominance wavelength or remarkable deterioration of color temperature of white LED. Thereby, illumination light similar to natural light can be secured simply and efficiently.
