FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: method involves dosed supply of eluent into a monolithic column which is stable in acidic medium and having a porous sorbent structure on a silica gel base with grafted C₁₈ groups, subsequently feeding a detector into a temperature controlled cell with possibility of component-by-component detection of antioxidants owing to separation on the monolithic column in the eluent stream and recording the obtained digital signal on a computer display.;EFFECT: simple and high information content of analysis.;5 cl, 1 dwg
