FIELD: machine building.;SUBSTANCE: method and device for tightening and leveling housing 4 of rotary unit 8 relative to support 2 along axial line 20 and transverse line 22 of said unit. Unit comprises, on the whole, pair of L-like hooks 12 arranged on said housing 3, and, on the whole, T-like element 6 arranged on said support 2. T-like element comprises base 40, post 44, and transverse element 42. Pair of set keys 14, 18 is arranged on opposite sides of said transverse element 42. At least, one key 14 allows interaction with at least one L-like hook 12 while another key 18 interacts with housing 4. Two set keys 16 are arranged on opposite sides of said post 44.
