Use of a leguminous starch / tuber starch combination to reduce the boron content in an adhesive composition, and adhesive compositions comprising such a combination. The present invention concerns the use of a leguminous starch / tuber starch combination to reduce the boron content in an adhesive composition and/or as a bonding adjuvant in an adhesive composition for corrugated cardboard and/or for preparing an adhesive composition free of boron-bearing compounds. It also concerns the adhesive compositions comprising such a combination. The present invention more particularly concerns adhesive compositions for corrugated cardboard, and the use thereof in the assembly of corrugated cardboard.
