The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a block type red-pepper sauce for hot spicy meat stew, and a block type red-pepper sauce for hot spicy meat stew manufactured thereby and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of manufacturing a block type red-pepper sauce for hot spicy meat stew by rapid cooling a red-pepper sauce for hot spicy meat stew made by using beef fat, and making a block therewith, and a block type red-pepper sauce for hot spicy meat stew manufactured thereby. The manufacturing method of a block type red-pepper sauce for hot spicy meat stew according to the present invention comprises a step of obtaining refined oil by boiling beef fat, removing fat solids and filtering with a sieve (S1); a step of putting in and stir-frying onion, garlic and red pepper powder in the oil (S2); a step of completing the red-pepper sauce for hot spicy meat stew by adding and stirring sesame oil and black pepper to the oil and cooling (S3); a step of rapidly cooling the red-pepper sauce for hot spicy meat stew at -18C or less (S4); and a step of forming a block type red-pepper sauce for hot spicy meat stew by cutting the rapidly cooled red-pepper sauce for hot spicy meat stew into cubes (S5).
