The present invention comprises a magnetic air generator forming turbulence which improves water quality of polluted water by using magnetic air passing through a magnetic region at regular intensity. More specifically, the present invention relates to a water treatment system with a magnetic air generator forming turbulence, comprising: an air supply unit supplying air; a magnetic air generation unit installing a magnet forming a magnetic field inside a hollow cylindrical metallic pipe as a bump form, generating turbulence of irregular flow to the influx of air from the air supply unit, and having a turbulence generation structure to improve magnetizing activation of air; and a magnetic air spraying unit minutely grinding magnetic air supplied through the magnetic air generation unit and spraying the same to water.
