The present invention discloses a method for writing data on nonvolatile memory devices and nonvolatile memory systems including the same. The method for writing data according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention can maintain the same data in the data latch unit included in the nonvolatile memory device even when recording operation is terminated. Thus, the data saved in the data latch unit can be recycled in operation of continuously recording the same data.
