The mobile phone case design unit according to the present invention is characterized by comprising a design body having a designed shape such as jewel or accessory, and including a pair of coupling parts formed at a different position; and a case including a first receiving groove in which each coupling part of the design body is loosely inserted, a second receiving groove having each coupling part fixed, and a pair of separation control ribs including a slit communicable with each receiving groove between the first receiving groove and the second receiving groove, preventing each coupling part fixed on the second receiving groove from being randomly separated from the second receiving groove, and forming the exterior of a mobile phone.
