The device has a door unit, and a control unit (1) mounted at a wall of a house. A monitor (2) is provided for reproducing images of a monitoring camera of the door unit. A loudspeaker and a microphone are communicated over the door unit. The control unit has a storage surface (5) projecting from the wall, and designed as a handsfree set for a mobile phone that uses the loudspeaker and the microphone of the control unit. The control unit has a charging device for charging a battery of the mobile phone, where the storage surface is provided with an induction coil.
