The present invention relates to a one-step real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction method using a probe and a primer set for detection of Ebola and Marburg viruses, and more particularly, to a method for the detection of seven types of filoviruses (5 kinds of Ebola viruses and 2 kinds of Marburg One-step real-time RT-PCR was performed by using a probe and a primer set that specifically amplify an RNA base sequence expressing each N protein in the sample and a probe and a primer set, (5 kinds of Ebola viruses and 2 kinds of Marburg viruses). Using one-step real-time RT-PCR products using the probe and primer set of the present invention, the presence or absence of Ebola and Marburg virus in the sample can be discriminated more rapidly and accurately compared with the conventional RT-PCR method And the like.
