The present invention relates to one step real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method using probes and primer sets for detecting evola and Marburg virus and, more specifically, to a probe and a primer set, which specifically amplify RNA base sequences expressing each N protein and a method for detecting and screening 7 types of Filoviridae including 5 types evola virus and 2 types Marburg virus in clinical materials with use of the primer set and the probe by performing one step real-time RT-PCR, wherein the method can accurately screen and detect whether evola virus and Marburg virus exist in the clinical material quickly with use of a result obtained from the one-step real-time RT PCR using the probe and the primer set compared with an existing method.
