The present invention relates to a primer and a probe for simultaneously detecting a subtype of the Marburg virus, and a detection method for the Marburg virus using the same, wherein the primer and probe set of the present invention includes a Marburg virus (MARV) and a Raven Since all Marburg viruses reported to date, including the virus (RAVV), can be specifically and simultaneously detected, have excellent sensitivity and storage stability, and reproducible results can be obtained when performing real-time RT-PCR using the present. The primer and probe set of the invention can be useful for detection and diagnosis of Marburg virus.
