The method to calibrate and tune a system of laser sensors, and also a device realising this method, comprises a tuning sample, which is aligned in 3D space in respect to a unit of "camera-laser", so that light emitted by a laser is visible to a camera, lasers and cameras are arranged at a certain distance from each other so that optical axes of lasers and cameras are opposite to each other at a certain angle, laser properties are determined from light recorded by a camera, as well as location of a laser relative to a camera. Besides, laser sensors are combined into a single system of coordinates, baths are located under each of visible rays, which represent tuning samples of appropriate shape, a filler in baths is water, oil or other liquid, calibration is carried out on the surface of liquid, to which a laser beam falls, creating on the liquid surface a visible trace, during calibration laser sensors are moved in 3D space by height, by sides, rotated by certain angles, achieving visually and on screen identical values of geometric parameters of the visible trace from laser beams on the liquid surface along the entire length of the bath, equal to width of the tuning sample, the level in all baths is maintained as identical and horizontal.;EFFECT: convenience of operation due to usage of devices, which generate surfaces from liquid, and not from solid-state samples.;6 cl, 1 dwg
