A tool box comprising:two bodies (10), which are connected to each other, and wherein each body (10) comprising:an annular side wall (11); anda validation (12), which in the body (10) and a is formed on aSide of the body (10) has an opening (121); two inner boxes (20), the correspondingly, in the body cavities (12) are mounted; at least one positioning device (30) which, on one side of one of the inner boxes (20) is mounted, and wherein each positioning device (30) comprises:a fixing base (31) on the side of the one of the inner boxes (20) is mounted, and comprising:a combined portion (311), the with the inner box (20) is combined;two hooking portions (312), the correspondingly with two ends of the combination of the two beam section (311) are connected and are located opposite one another; andtwo recesses (314), the correspondingly in two ends of the hooking portions (312) are formed;an elastic fixing plate (32), which can be detachably mounted on the fixing base (31) is mounted, and comprising:a curved insertion (321); andtwo hook-shaped hooking portions (322), the correspondingly with two ends of the insert portion (321) are connected and correspondingly inthe recesses (314) engage;at least one positioning block (40), which on the at least one positioning device (30) is mounted, and wherein each of the at least one positioning block (40) comprises:at least one locating slot (41) which, on one side of the at least one positioning block (40) is formed and in the insertion (321) of the at least one positioning device (30); and a plurality of tool recesses (42) which, on one side of the positioning block (40) at a position opposite to the at least one locating slot (41) is formed; anda toggle buckles unit (60), which, on the bodies (10) is mounted.
