PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a solar battery waterproof sheet capable of easily removing and replacing only the solar battery waterproof sheet to be replaced together with a fixture below the waterproof sheet, a replacement method for the solar battery waterproof sheet, and a waterproof structure.SOLUTION: A waterproof structure includes a solar battery waterproof sheet 140 provided on a skeleton 10 of a building structure. The waterproof structure includes: fixing means having fixtures 151 and 152 and fixing a ground layer to the skeleton 10; and a water resistant layer 130 laid on the fixtures 151 and 152 and the ground layer so as to cover the fixtures 151 and 152 and the ground layer, and fastened to the fixtures 151 and 152. The solar battery waterproof sheet 140 is laid on the water resistant layer 130 so as to overlap the fixture 151 with the solar battery waterproof sheet 140 in a plan view, and the solar battery waterproof sheet 140 is fastened to the water resistant layer 130.
