PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake resisting equipment foundation capable of also being applied to an existing building without deteriorating a waterproof function.SOLUTION: An earthquake resisting equipment foundation 10 includes: an anchor member 14 that is attached to a slab 12; a cotter 16 that is fixed onto the slab 12 by the anchor member 14; a waterproof layer 18 for covering an outer surface of the cotter 16 and a top surface of the slab 12; and an equipment foundation 20 that is provided on the slab 12 in the state of including the cotter 16 covered with the waterproof layer 18.
