The present invention provides a building seismic reinforcement method comprising: a first step of separately constructing a foundation pile for building a seismic design by being closely attached to a lower end portion of an outer wall of a building, and constructing a foundation pile construction for installing a reinforcement frame; a second step of inserting a pair of anchor bolts into anchor bolt holes respectively penetrating the insides of a pair of fixing protrusions formed in the lower part of the pile body from the upper part of the pile body of the foundation pile; a third step of performing construction for each foundation pillar inside a foundation pillar insertion end of the foundation pile, and constructing a basic beam member between two foundation pillars to form a foundation reinforcing frame structure for other neighboring foundation pillars after construction with respect to one foundation pillar; and a fourth step of connecting foundation reinforcing frames composed of a building outer wall, a foundation pillar, and a foundation pillar member by a connection member. The foundation pile is subjected to a contamination prevention process through a surface treatment processing means. Therefore, the present invention can strengthen a seismic design based on a building foundation, and can facilitate maintenance management after installation as well as maintenance management before installation because at least a part of each component has reinforced contamination prevention resistance through surface treatment processing.
