The present invention relates to a building seismic reinforcement method to reinforce a seismic design based on a building foundation. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a first step of constructing a foundation pile (10) for a seismic design of a building at equal or different intervals according to a structure of the building by being closely adhered to a bottom part of an outer wall of the building, so as to complete construction of the foundation pile (10) to install a reinforcement frame; a second step of inserting a pair of anchor bolts (1) into an anchor bolt hole (14) penetrating into fixation protrusions (12), respectively, which are formed as a pair in a lower part of a pile body (13), from an upper part of the pile body (13) of the foundation pile (10); a third step of constructing each foundation pier (20) inside a foundation pier insertion end (11) in the foundation pile (10) and constructing a foundation beam member (30) between two foundation piers (20) in order to form a foundation reinforcement frame structure for other neighboring foundation piers (20) after construction of one foundation pier (20); and a fourth step of connecting between the outer wall of the building and a foundation reinforcement frame formed of the foundation pier (20) and the foundation beam member (30) with a connection member. As such, the present invention provides an effect of linking with a foundation of a building to reinforce a seismic function with respect to an existing building.
