A method provides putting greens and appro¬ximately prepared ice in layers in a capacity, wherein placed in polyethylene casing the cardbo¬ard box is used as capacity, and plate-shaped ice is produced with filtered water corresponding box inner size; at that, before putting greens and ice in layers, ice is placed in polyethylene casing and then – in water resistant paper or foil packaging.
