The present invention relates to a system for producing oligosaccharide using the microorganism immobilization. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a glucansucrase-producing strain-immobilized carrier, a glucansucrase-producing strain-immobilized carrier produced thereby, and a system for producing oligosaccharide using the same. The method for producing the glucansucrase-producing strain-immobilized carrier enables the production of a glucansucrase-producing strain with only a simple mixing using porous ceramic, and the oligosaccharide producing system comprising the same can also enables the production of oligosaccharide in an efficient way by synthesizing oligosaccharide by directly using glucansucrase produced from the glucansucrase-producing strain immobilized on a solid carrier without an extra separation step.
