The present invention relates to an oligosaccharide producing system using microorganism immobilization and, more specifically, to a method for preparing an immobilized carrier of glucansucrases producing microorganism, to an immobilized carrier of glucansucrase producing microorganism prepared thereby, and to an oligosaccharide producing system using the same. The method for preparing the immobilized carrier of glucansucrase producing microorganism of the present invention can produce glucansucrase producing microorganisms by a simple agitation using porous ceramic. The oligosaccharide producing system comprising the immobilized carrier of glucansucrase producing microorganism continually provides media without complex process of producing oligosaccharide including production and isolation of enzymes, thereby synthesizing oligosaccharide by directly using glucansucrase produced by the glucansucrase producing microorganism immobilized to the solid carrier without a separate isolation process, and being able to efficiently produce oligosaccharides.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
