The present invention relates to a fermented grain powder composition for anticancer activities, antidiabetic activities, and immune enhancement, fermented by mixing an agricultural product and a grain mycelium, and to a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a fermented grain powder composition for anticancer activities, antidiabetic activities, and immune enhancement, fermented by mixing an agricultural product and a grain mycelium, which can obtain anticancer and antidiabetic effects, and can maximize immune enhancement. The manufacturing method of the present invention comprises: a step (S10) of culturing Phellinus linteus as a liquid culture; a step (S20) of inoculating the liquid culture in grains; a step (S30) of culturing, freeze-drying, and crushing the grains; a step (S40) of mixing an agricultural product, herbal medicines, and mycelium powder; a step (S50) of fermenting, steaming, drying the powder; and a step (S60) of heat-treating and extracting the same.
