A rotating apparatus of an irradiation rig for neutron transmutation doping according to preferable embodiments includes: a rotation unit which includes a rotation unit body which supports the irradiation rig to be irradiated and rotates around an axial direction, and a plurality of rotation wings arranged at the edge of the rotation unit body; and an accommodating unit which accommodates the rotation unit and comprises a nozzle module to inject a fluid toward the rotation wings to rotate the rotation unit. According to the rotating apparatus of an irradiation rig, excellent space efficiency is achieved by a simple structure. Productivity can be greatly improved by lowering the probability of defects. Also, an excellent cooling effect on the irradiation rig is achieved by generating the flow of the fluid for cooling the irradiation rig.
