The present invention relates to a method for preparing dried persimmon rice cakes including ripe persimmon. More specifically, the method includes: a liquid ripe persimmon base of the dried persimmon rice cakes by using the ripe persimmon, prickly pear powder, and sweet pumpkin powder; preparing powder base of the dried persimmon rice cakes by grinding dried persimmon by using a grinder twice; and mixing the liquid ripe persimmon base, powder base, glutinous rice flour, and rice flour to prepared a dried persimmon rice cake dough; preparing the dried persimmon rice cake filling by mixing dried persimmon bits, the liquid ripe persimmon base, boiled green beans, and walnuts; and filling in the dried persimmon rice cake dough to complete the dried persimmon rice cakes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
