Pressure die casting mold (100) for producing metallic pressure casting components, with at least one of the mold cavity, as well as contour defining one specifiable ends of the cup element (110) and with at least one supporting structure (120), to which the shell element (110) is fastened. The shell element (110) has a layer structure, with two composed of different materials and connected layers (112, 113), wherein the directly coming into contact with the molten metal layer (112) of a wear-resistant material and the underlying support layer (113) of a material with good heat conducting properties is formed.
