PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic containing each production promoter of a fibroblast growth factor-7 (FGF-7) related to hair growth and a vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF), capable of preventing or improving depilation or thin hair, and improving decline of luster or stiffness of hair.SOLUTION: This invention relates to each production promoter of a fibroblast growth factor-7 and a vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) containing an extract of a pericarp and/or a fruit of an immature Satsuma mandarin as an active ingredient, and a hair cosmetic containing the promoter. The invention also relates to a vascular endothelial cell growth factor (VEGF) production promoter containing Narirutin as an active ingredient, and a hair cosmetic containing the promoter.
