A lifting and steering device for a front frame of a molten iron tank transportation vehicle. The lifting and steering device mainly comprises an axle traction beam (1) and a traction fixing base (2) disposed on a front frame. An upper swing arm (3) and a lower swing arm (4) are respectively hingedly connected to the top portion and the bottom portion of the traction fixing base (2). A steering arm (5) is hingedly connected to the other end of each of the upper swing arm (3) and the lower swing arm (4). A loading oil tank (6) is disposed between the upper swing arm (3) and the traction fixing base (2). A hingedly-connected connection plate (7) fixedly connected to a rear frame of the vehicle is hingedly connected to the steering arm (5). The lifting and steering device also comprises a front steering oil tank (9). The front steering oil tank (9) is mounted on the rear frame of the vehicle. A piston rod end of the front steering oil tank (9) is hingedly connected to support lugs (8) on two sides of the steering arm (5). In the lifting and steering device for a front frame of a molten iron tank transportation vehicle, a lifting and steering mode combining mechanical compression and hydraulic compression is used, the operations are simple, and the maintenance is easy, thereby greatly reducing production costs.
