According to the present invention, an optical film has a pattern including protrusions of a conical structure and a structure embedding quantum dots in the protrusions to prevent reflection of light and convert light within a near ultraviolet wavelength range into a wavelength to be adsorbed by a solar cell, so as to remarkably improve efficiency of a device. Moreover, the optical film has excellent transparency and adhesive characteristics, so as to be easily attached on a device such as a solar cell, etc. Moreover, when the optical film is applied to the solar cell, a sunlight adsorption efficiency is remarkably improved without largely increasing a thickness of the solar cell.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
