Disclosed is a method for regulating autophagy targeting an AMPK-FOXO3a-SKP2 signal transduction pathway taking place in nucleus, or a method for screening an autophagy regulator. According to the present invention, the method can be useful for developing treatment agents for various diseases due to abnormal regulation of autophagy at various levels based on the signal transduction pathway.
