A hot-cast splicing element (A) comprises: a first splicing element (A1) and a second splicing element (A2), wherein, the first splicing element (A1) comprises a first opening (4); a first flange (1), the first flange (1) being of two pairs in the opposite direction and being fixed by screws and nuts (2); a seal (3) installed on an inner wall of the first splicing element (A1) and the second splicing element (A2) for interconnecting the first splicing element (A1) and the second splicing element (A2) in a liquid seal state; a drill (D) that receives an axis of the first opening (4) and strides over an axis of a main line (B) and is finally positioned at or near an axis plane passing through the main line (B), together with the first opening (4) and an intact second flange (6) provided at the outer side of the first opening (4), for movably fixing a shutter device (C). The splicing element can work under any pressure under the condition that the main line does not stop working, and is cost saving.
