Disclosed is a physical module of a chip-scale atomic clock. The module comprises: a housing; a laser generator disposed on the floor of the housing and providing laser light to the upper part within the housing; a vapor cell disposed on the laser generator and generating transmission light from the laser light; and a detector disposed on the vapor cell and detecting the transmission light, wherein the vapor cell can include a plurality of optical patterns for polarizing the laser light.
