The present invention relates to a burner plate for a Bunsen burner. The burner plate for a Bunsen burner is formed with protrusion portions that cover an upper end of a Venturi tube for discharging mixed gas of a Bunsen burner, and that prevent a lifting phenomenon of flame generated when the mixed gas is combusted by reducing an ejection pressure of the mixed gas by resisting to the mixed gas ejected from the Venturi tube along an edge of a through-hole formed at a center of an upper surface thereof. According to the present invention, the protrusion portions formed along the edge of the through-hole reduce an ejection pressure of mixed gas by resisting to the mixed gas ejected from the Venturi tube, and thus, it is possible to prevent a lifting phenomenon of flame generated when the mixed gas is combusted. As a result, compared to the conventional art, a combustion performance of a Bunsen burner is improved, it is possible to apply high-calorie as much as desired, and a combustion zone is also increased.
