According to the present invention, an LED illumination device (500) without a PCB substrate and a housing includes: an LED illumination unit (100), a cover (200) coupled to the LED illumination unit, and an angle control bracket (400) coupled to a both side support unit (240) of a heat radiation base. The angle control bracket (400) is composed of a first bracket (420) which is rotatably coupled to the both side support unit and includes two bending parts (410) bent in opposite directions to each other wherein an elastic force to be contracted inwardly is applied to the first bracket and a cylindrical second bracket (430) coupled to the first bracket. Accordingly, the present invention can reduce manufacturing costs and increase durability of a product.
