The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a light emitting diode (LED) lighting device of an integrated AC power driving circuit in an engine on heat-sink (EOH) scheme without a printed circuit board (PCB) which comprises the steps of: printing a thin ceramic insulating layer, and performing a sintering thermal fusion at a temperature of 500 to 600C; printing an electrical circuit silver pattern on an upper portion of the ceramic insulating layer, and performing the sintering thermal fusion at a temperature of 450 to 550C; printing a protective film, and curing the same in an ultraviolet (UV) or a thermal curing method; soldering and mounting (SMT) a plurality of LED elements, an AC power driving unit, and a power source connector; fastening a waterproof wire harness with the power source connector of a power source unit, and inserting a waterproof wire harness rubber thereinto to be in close contact therewith through an aluminum heat sink central hole; assembling a lens having a specific angle formed thereon to project light onto an upper portion of an LED at the specific angle; assembling a waterproof gasket to a personal computer (PC) or a tempered glass cover rim groove; fastening and assembling the PC or a tempered glass cover having the waterproof gasket assembled on an upper portion of an LED lighting unit including an aluminum heat sink with a plurality of screw bolts; and fastening and assembling the LED lighting unit and an angle adjustment bracket with the screw bolts. Therefore, the LED lighting device of the present invention is applied with AC power driving unit, thereby having a long lifespan and low manufacturing costs, and adjusting an angle thereof.
