The present invention relates to a history information management method for facilitating job matching between job seekers and companies by using an artificial intelligence-based chatbot, which can improve job matching between job seekers and companies by processing information, which is accumulated through prescribed chatting on a periodic or regular basis, on the job seekers and the companies and recommending or providing the information to the job seekers and the companies. According to the present invention, the history information management method for facilitating job matching between job seekers and companies by using an artificial intelligence-based chatbot comprises the steps of: allowing the artificial intelligence-based chatbot to transmit a prescribed question to a portable terminal of a job seeker and the job seeker to answer the question on the wireless terminal; transmitting the answer from the portable terminal to the chatbot; allowing the chatbot to extract prescribed job information from the answer through a prescribed algorithm; classifying the extracted job information and storing the job information in a history information classification table of the job seeker; and processing the history information classification table and providing the table to a company. According to the present invention, the history information management method for facilitating job matching between job seekers and companies by using an artificial intelligence-based chatbot continuously manages the histories of the job seekers and allows the chatbot to provide, to the companies, the accumulated information on the job seekers, thereby improving efficiency of job matching between the job seekers and the companies.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
