The present invention relates to a black sesame and whole soybean curd shake product using whole soybean curd and a manufacturing method thereof. The method uses unprocessed soybean milk without artificial additives harmful to the human body while including purified water and fine raw soybean powder to prepare the whole soybean curd, post-process the whole soybean curd to significantly improve the storage stability and prepare the black sesame and whole soybean curd shake product easily consumed by consumers. The black sesame and whole soybean curd shake product minimize the use of harmful artificial additives for improved health, has a rich taste, tasty flavors, and appealing aroma, and reduces the risk of deterioration in the manufacturing process by using the post-processed soybean curd to extend the storage period.
