The present invention relates to a feed additive composition comprising a lactic acid bacteria complex for shrimp, comprising: a first process of inoculating a lactic acid bacteria complex with whole milk powder and manufacturing a primary culturing solution; and a second process of inoculating the primary culturing solution in an industrial culture medium and manufacturing a secondary culturing solution. According to the present invention, provided are a feed additive composition comprising a lactic acid bacteria complex as an active ingredient or a manufacturing method thereof, thereby providing a feed additive composition for enhancing the immunity of cultured fish in an effective manner.
