The present invention relates to a chocolate tempering machine, capable of easily tempering chocolate even by a beginner by automatically adjusting the temperature of a container in which chocolate is received, wherein the chocolate tempering machine comprises: a housing having a heating device; a tempering container rotatably installed from the housing and heated by a heating device; a driving part transmitting rotational force to the tempering container; a temperature sensor installed on both sides of the tempering container to check the temperature of the tempering container; and a controller controlling the driving of the driving part and the heating device depending on a measured value of the temperature sensor.
