FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: multiplexed marking of a biological sample with phosphorescent material, their visualization and photoluminescence lifetime determination using laser scanning microscopy are performed. Nanosized anti-Stokes phosphors (NAF) with a size not exceeding 200 nm are used for multiplexed marking of a biological sample. NAFs are excited by a continuous IR laser with a wavelength of 980 nm. The image obtained using a laser scanning microscope is processed in two steps. In the first step, processing is performed along a slow scanning axis. In the second step, processing is performed along a fast scanning axis.;EFFECT: increased sensitivity during visualization of phosphorescent nanoparticles, increased accuracy of determination of localization and of photoluminescence of lifetime discrete phosphorescent nanoparticles and their aggregates deposited on biological samples.;3 dwg
