Liquid crystal driving circuit comprises a scan driver chip, m scanning lines, a data driving chip, n data lines, m*n of liquid crystal cells and a data line switch. Scan driver chip includes m scan pins, correspondingly connected to the scan lines, each scan line is connected to gates of the liquid crystal cells in a corresponding row. Data driving chip includes n data pins, correspondingly connected to the data lines, each data line is connected to the rows of the liquid crystal cells in a corresponding column. Data line switch is provided between the data line and the corresponding data pin. In the window display mode, a window area position is read, scan lines that intersect the window area are detected. Scan voltage is applied to the scan lines that intersect the window area. Data line switches that do not intersect the window area are set to the off state.
